TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

This offer from Bupa GI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) is available to people who:

(a) are a current Lifestyle by Wyndham member;
(b) are Australian residents over the age of 18;
(c) take out a new eligible (in accordance with clause 2 below) Travel Insurance Policy between 19 August 2019 and 19 December 2019;
(d) pay their Eligible Travel Insurance Policy premiums in full upon sign-up;
(e) mention the promotion code on sign up;
(f) provide a valid email address upon join

2. Eligible Travel Insurance Policy

If you are an Eligible Customer, you can access the ‘Offer’ if you purchase and maintain in accordance with clause 3 a Selected Bupa Travel Insurance policy.

An Eligible Bupa Travel Insurance Policy is any travel insurance policy issued by Bupa.

3. The Bupa Offer

If you:

(a) are an Eligible Customer;
(b) take out an Eligible Travel Insurance Policy; and
(c) maintain your Selected Bupa Travel Insurance policy for the life of the policy or a minimum of 60 days from the day the policy commences (whichever comes first),

you will receive from Bupa a $30 Prezzee Swap Gift Card (the Offer).

4. Prezzee Swap Gift Card

Offer is subject to Prezzee Swap Gift Card Terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.prezzee.com.au/doc/terms-of-service/. The Prezzee Swap Gift Card allows the recipient to swap for up to 5 Retailer Gift Cards of their choice to the equal value of the Prezzee Swap Gift Card. The Prezzee Swap Gift Card is valid for 36 months from date of issue, so please make sure you exchange to a Gift Card of your choice before the end of the 36-month period. By swapping the Prezzee Swap Gift Card for a Retailer Gift Card, the user agrees to the gift card Terms and Conditions set by the Retailers. 5. General

(a) The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer, with the exception of the 10% Bupa health member discount on Bupa Travel Insurance for existing Bupa Health members.
(b) If you breach these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the joint offer, then Bupa or Wyndham may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Prezzee Swap Gift Card.
(c) Neither Bupa or the issuer is liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
